Process Details

Our expert certified welders allow you to have the freedom of design control while maintaining the highest quality at very competitive pricing. Fronuis MIG and TIG machines allows the best weld properties in every respect. We maintain a large library of WPS’s and operators carry many AWS and GCVWC (TACOM) certifications.

Capabilities​

JBM employs a full team of qualified welders certified for most base metals and weld configurations. We also have robotic welding capability that yields strong, fast, precise welds and can access difficult-to-reach areas. The programmable robotic welder can be either fully or partially automated.

JBM consumes ~1,000lbs of Stainless-steel filler material (ER307SI) per week!

  • We will provide additional certifications to any additional standard required by current or future customers.
  • FULL TRACEABILITY ON ARMOR PARTS. As required, parts are serialized and we can track all raw materials (including armors, weld wire, and paints), weld operators, paint applicators and more!
  • In house design and fabrication of our own assembly and welding fixtures.

Inspections

  • Liquid Penetrate Testing in according to IAW SNT-TC-1A
  • Level 3 Liquid Penetrate Testing
  • Cutting and Macro Etching
  • Visual Testing in according to AWS D1.1 Table 6.1
  • An Outside Lab Approves all PQR/WPS/WTR
